So I am now in the non-schengen business lounge at Vanda, and man...

This is my first visit here. Ever. And my first Finnair longhaul since may 2018 and I have sooo many impressions. I'm saving some of it up for a trip report, but I just wanted to say: HEL feels like CKG.

Desserted wastelands of queing space in front of closed border control boths. All e-gates closed. 1 gate open, serving Crew, EU-kansalasiet and everyone else. Still no line.
Non-schengen is spookliy like CKG, you walk and walk and walk and there is literally no one to be seen or heard. Everything closed. It is 8pm and you think it is 4 am.
