The most insidious thing about this is that this garbage has now been going on for close to a year and a half, and if FT is a microcosm, it means that these games are being played constantly by this property. No hotel has teething pains for this long and no front desk staff is this stupid and incompetent, which mean to me that these workers are UNDER ORDERS to repeatedly do this to customers.....................I am seriously wondering if there is not something inherently illegal to this? By that I mean something that the hotel can be charged with under Nevada state law?
