I was unable to pay dom. AV flights in Colombia while in Colombia this summer. Very annoying. For one ticket I had to pay the airport with a fee (luckily the fare was still available but a minor fee was charged for the manual reservation and ticket issue at the airport) - and for the second I had to contact AV by phone to have the payment by credit card processed. The call took almost an hour as I recall it; many many steps/instructions to be followed.
