Isn't the two year extension for monthly subscribers only? Existing annual subscribers should get a pro-rated refund, per the FAQ. I'm giving it a couple of days because I've not yet found a Lyft rep that has understood the terms of the renewed benefit.
I think I was a monthly subscriber, but not positive, since I cancelled. Says in the app that my Pink benefits are gone on Nov 28th. Maybe then the 2 year option will pop up?
