You know what, I wonder if she thinks she was applying a 2-for-1 BAPP voucher? I don't have the card so have never held any, so .... weird. She never asked for my voucher number or anything and I did refer to it by name several times. Maybe worth another call in, if I can get through in between meetings. I'm worried they've buggered up the booking completely!
