Isn't the two year extension for monthly subscribers only? Existing annual subscribers should get a pro-rated refund, per the FAQ. I'm giving it a couple of days because I've not yet found a Lyft rep that has understood the terms of the renewed benefit.

When I open the Lyft app and select Lyft Pink, it offers me the 2 year benefit. A FAQ on the Lyft site says that if you already are a subscriber, the 2 years will be added at the end of your existing membership. See below. Hope that works for you.
