Is there a deadline for applying for refund of TP tickets? I have 2 cheap ecomony tickets to CPT booked in Nov. 2020 (booked directly with TP). TP cancelled the flights (in fact never started flying to CPT); currently tickets are still on hold.
We had hoped that TP would resume service to CPT but it doesn't look like it, so no option to rebook for new travel dates. We would have loved to rebook to Brazil, but I understand that such change of destination is not possible. I seem to recall that cancelled tickets during Corona times/under the TP good will policy could be rebooked and used until end 2022 (despite the 1 year ticket validity) but I have no TP destination to rebook to.
So only option left seems to be applying for a refund.
