Comments: Great upgrade on paper, but this ended up being the worst hotel stay I've had in many years. The room was absolutely sweltering, as the hotel had shut down the AC for the season despite it still being quite warm outside. Even once it cooled down outside, and with all three balcony doors open, it was impossible to get the room to a bearable temperature. It was so bad that I cancelled the 6 night stay I had booked for the following week and move to the mercifully-cooler Grand Hyatt. But at least I got to sweat in splendor!
