This thread is about WestJet intentionally deciding to pull the full Premium service from some - but not all - of their flights on routes that are supposed to offer a full Premium meal to their customers who have chosen and paid for the Premium product.
Thank you for saying that. That poor YUL bound FA must have been so embarrassed to not have the product that was expected and it wasn’t completely his/her fault. So we can put that incident to bed now and concentrate on the wider issue of catering in general.
