I can't guarantee the swipe limit is $99, however I bought a $98 MO ($99 total with fee) with a $500 USB VGC at WMNM today. Purchase went through fine. I then tried to buy another MO for $395 (= $396 total) using the same VGC at the exact same store via one swipe. The purchase failed. I then told the clerk I needed to split the purchase into $99 each swipe for 4 times. I swiped the same exact VGC all 4 times, and they all went through fine. Finally, tried to buy MOs at Kroger with my Kroger bought USB VGCs, and now they no longer work there anymore either. USB VGCs worked just fine at Kroger's as of a few days ago. Seems like these Kroger's bought USB VGCs are now basically useless, which sucks as I could purchase $6k of these per CC per day at Kroger self-checkout machines. Also sucks cuz it was easy for me to purchase VGCs with P2/P3/P4/P5/P6's CCs without one bit of scrutiny from a checkout clerk. That is honestly what I will miss most about losing these USB VGCs.

Note that I'm not CERTAIN the swipe limit is exactly $99. I am just assuming it is based on the Meta swipe limit. The USB swipe limit is now somewhere between $99 and $396 though for sure. Finally, these USB VGCs also no longer work at Bashas/Food City (local AZ chains), whereas they used to previously. However they DO still work at Safeway/Albertsons with no swipe limit. Unfortunately Safeway/Albertsons around me have been cracking down a bit lately on MOs purchased with VGCs, so I won't be able to run nearly the MO volume through them that I did through WM/Kroger. Sad day. Will have to find a new hobby to replace MS.
