[MENTION=220042]Majuki[/MENTION] a few stricter ones I am aware of Brooklyn Bridge Marriott (recent experience), Marriott Marquis NYC (as reported by many others on FT), and Philadelphia Marriott Downtown Convention Center (though it is a regular CL Lounge). I think properties in larger cities and/or near convention centers are more likely to be strict. Bottom line, it still varies by property. Suppose you could call in advance and ask. Though it seems like a situation where it is better to ask for forgiveness than for permission. YMMV...
