Welcome to FT! On the new and refurbished 77Ws with Club Suites, 8K, 19A and 19K are bassinets. 8A is not a bassinet. See: https://www.aerolopa.com/ba-type-77h

I'm not sure on the rules for allocating bassinets I'm afraid.
