As a follow up. QX ejets are certified for cat IIIa approachs. See RNP approachs at the link below.

If QX didn't get in it could be related to a required piece of cat III equipment being inop. or pilot qualifications as I believe there is a minimum number of flight hours required for cat III approachs.
