To be honest, assuming that the CIC is included and Frontier base fees could be low and under $20-25, I would say that unless someone is planning to fly 20-25 one-ways that is planned last minute, the deal is not awesome. Especially the $2000 price after introduction would be very hefty unless someone is constantly booking last minute expensive tickets with Frontier.
