One can guesstimate it by adding up all YTD UA / UX operated flights. Use
gcmap to provide an good estimate for each segment and apply 500 mins as needed. Or capture on 1 Jan each year.
There are flight activity log tools (
flightmemory,
openflights, ...) or personal spreadsheets that some use to track their flight activity
