What a nice surprise from TK Customer Care
I was supposed to fly on an A321neo. But, due to a last-minute aircraft change, I ended up on an A320 with the old Business class (3-3 seat configuration). Without me having raised any complaints at all, I have just received the below email from TK Customer Care. What a nice surprise! Well-done TK. I personally feel like TK CC has been getting better in the last months. Any thoughts?
