I have done very well out of RJ in the past. Some very decent deals to the Far East, including a very attractive LHR-AMM-BKK-HKG (switching from RJ to CX for the HKG legs, although all on one RJ ticket) which then netted 640 TPs (IIRC) for around £2,000. That was pre-pandemic and I am not sure what sort of routes they are now offering or what the fares are like, but maybe worth checking it out ?
ADDED: As an indication this is the trip I took and is still incredibly well priced for an ex UK departure at £2,700 which is a steal for 520 TPs (reflecting reduced TPs on the LHR-AMM leg ) compared to many other options:

When I flew, RJ had trouble ticketing it, but after the intervention of the London station manager it was all sorted out.
As a further PS, according to the BA TP calculator, CDG-AMM is still 140 TPs, and the fare is very similar, so for a CDG departure 640 TPs are still available for around £2,600.
