My nights and points are currently up to date including last completed stay and promotional bonuses.

However, one of my stays, maybe 3 stays or about 2 weeks ago, is missing from both my app (stay history and activity log) as well as online HH account's activity log of previous stays. Yet the night(s) and points from that stay including promo bonuses have certainly and definitely been credited.

Would this missing entry a source of concern? As I'm on a bit of a Diamond run, I'll be keeping the folio of the missing stay at least until the end of the calendar year, but I'm curious if this sort of situation (nights/points credited but stay entry is missing) is not uncommon or at least not unheard of in HH.
