Still definitely an issue. I've been using Sainsburys online for my regular shop since June every fortnight, and always go via the BA store, following all the steps. No adblocker, cookies on, check BA page confirms the tracking. I've found it correctly registers and assigns the points between 1/3 and 1/4 of the time. I'm doing the order anyway so it's worth it as it's no extra hassle, but it's HUGELY misleading and they blatantly hide behind the "Sainsburys don't entertain any missing points claims" bulls**t. It's a shame as on the rare occasion the points do register it's a pretty good offer, especially if you have the Nectar app which gives you bonus Nectar points on regular purchases through the website, and have them auto-convert to Avios as well.
