Stayed at the Conrad last week. Sunday night with an upgrade to a strip view on the 54th floor. Very nice room and excellent food options. When checking in I verified the Diamond status food and beverage credit for the 2 of us staying in the room. The person at the front desk said we were all set for the $50. The credit was only good at The Dawg House restaurant, decent breakfast food but wanted to use it towards a nicer meal. Upon check out they did not have the credit on the bill. When I asked about it they took $25 off, I asked about the $50 and they said there was only 1 person on the room and I would only receive the $25. I showed my reservation showing it was booked for 2 guests and that I verified it on check in. I was told because a second guest name was not put on the room the credit does not apply for 2 people. I travel solo most of the time so I have messed up in the past and didn't put the wife on the room. After needing to get a manager they were able to add a second guest name and give me the full credit. If you do stay here and have more than 1 guest make sure there name is attached to the room to get the credit.
