Then, supposed EXP desk agent claimed I could not use a systemwide to go from paid J to F on JFK-SFO. I pushed back and asked him to apply it. Surprise, surprise, upgrade went through and I'm now in 3F. Good chance he messed up the ticket though, so we'll see what happens at JFK tomorrow night.
