Update:
After a long phone call several weeks ago, the $200 vacation rental credit AND the $300 portal booking credits have been posted to both Venture X cards.

Unsure if I'll renew the card:
  • Didn't like using the Portal (operated by Expedia) - Prices were the same or slightly higher than other places AND the selection was missing about 1/2 of the hotels that were available on Kayak.
  • No customer service via email or messages and long wait when calling them.
  • I value the 10k points @ $100, the portal credit @ $250, and the lounge access @ $50 (since many aren't built and those that are built are so crowded, I might not get in). So I'm paying $395 and getting @ $400 value.
