Wife and I have a reservation Dec 7-11 and I just called Hyatt. Was told that the resort had a "slight" delay but they are still supposed to be opening this Thursday (11/17) vs last Thursday (11/10). They are not accepting any new reservations until early '23 so I get the sense IF it opens, it's only part of the hotel. Will update this thread if I find out more!
