Anyone else having issues lately where if you search for an award trip it will show business class partner availability for roundtrips but not one ways?
I've never seen this before but was making some SFO/LAX-TYO bookings and it shows the JAL business class awards for RT, but then if I try and book it as two one ways the award availability disappears from AS, but still shows on AA and BA. Calling didn't help as agents now just tell you that whatever you see is the same as they see and cannot really do anything.
