I believe that Ait Abbou is the one nearest Skoura (50 km from Ouarzazate); during my recent trip there was a Six Senses that was under construction. (Hoping to edit soon to include a picture.) Like the other ones, this would be a converted Kasba - it's a bit larger than nearby Kasbahs (e.g. Dar Ahlam) and expected to have better views of the area as a result.
