The ticket machines at the airport definitely do, I bought a ticket yesterday with Apple Pay. However, there was only one machine at the station in town I used this morning that took cards and it was out of order. If you’re travelling to / from University (SU Sv. Kliment Ohridski), where the Intercontinental and Hyatt are, then you *should* be OK as there are a number of entrances and so more machines
