Sadly I'm not having much luck with chasing down Double Tier Points for my BAH in late September.

Outbound I flew LHR - JFK - SFO on 23rd of September and received the Double Tier Points (280) on 13th of October.
My inbound flight was LAX - LHR on 7th of October and to date I have only received the standard 140 Tier Points.

I contacted BA on the e-mail address listed in the Wiki and had a response back today telling me that I received 280 TP's on 13th of October, which would have covered the holiday. I just wrote back to explain that this was for my outbound flight only. Hopefully someone gets it and takes a proper look.
