So maybe the absence of MH Z class in this table is simply an oversight by BA.

If any BA Exec club member has flown recently on MH Z class fares perhaps they could provide an insight.
When I try the second link you posted (the one you had checked earlier), it shows you get 40TP for JHB-KUL and 40TP for KUL-PEN on Malaysia in Z class, so I'm not sure why you are not seeing the same? It doesn't recognise JHB-PEN as a valid route though, you have to break it into two legs to check the TP
