Travelling to US for first time post covid -- have entered all info into the travel center and covid requirments and destination entry forms are "green ticked". For "Review passport and visa requirements" it's still yellow and says I have to show proof of onward/return flight upon checkin. But the return flight is on the same PNR with United -- why is it not recognising the return flight? Just called UA who weren't any help. Yes of course I can go to the checkin counter, but when I'll be hand luggage only it's a bit annoying, and I always like the reassurance of already having my BP to help mitigate against delays on train to LHR. Any suggestions? I couldn't see this issue already on this thread.
