With this kind of hectic schedule I would stay at the Nikko on the airport island, especially if the kid is young. You can easily walk to the hotel from T1 and it's a very quick bus ride to T2. By the time you get through immigration it will probably be too late to enjoy anything even in Rinku Town, much less in Namba.
