Is the outsourced maintenance (likely foreign-sourced) as good as Delta's? Probably not. Is it good enough? Probably so.
Much of their line maintenance is also outsourced. They rely on local mechanics who have minimal to no training on Airbus aircraft. They are generally talked through maintenance procedures on the phone. It works when aircraft are new. When they start aging it gets a bit harder for the mechanic from Uncle Bobs flying and crop dusting service to be effective. He is great on Sherman’s however.
