Is there any way to know ahead of time what is a “travel agency”?

I have a $10k invoice from a Costa Rica lodge and activity company for a week od lodging, food, and activities.

I will use my prestige for 5X If it’s “travel agency” but there is a risk that it is a hotel and only gets 1X.

the other option is to use my CSR and for sure get 3X.

Any way I can know before the booking?
