I had the privilege to go in for a visit and to meet the team at end of October. It looked pretty much ready to me - they were busy putting final touches to it. I think at that point they hoped to open early December.

the rooms felt bigger than the photos suggest. I so wish I could have stayed there for my visit as planned - rather than a mediocre SpringHill suits down the road. It does have a feel of a proper hotel with quality carpets and furnishings and location is great.
