You can book the highest cash price room type you can get with 95k points for 2 adults and 1 kid . And call Hilton Cancun directly, ask for
cash upgrade to the ocean front two queues room, which allows a max of 4 people. That's what we did, we paid $20/night price diff for our dates. As a diamond member, there is a good chance that we could be upgraded to the ocean front two queues for free at the time of check-in. But we didn't want to risk it.
