Hi,
how does LOT handle significant schedule changes? They changed my Tokio to Hamburg flights by 14 hours backward, which doesn't work as I'll arrive on a Monday morning instead Saturday evening.

I requested to be rebooked onto LX flights (in order to make it easier for LOT by staying within Star Alliance) in compliance with EC 261 reaccomodation regulations. LOT declined in the first contact. Any tips other than booking LX and suing LOT for a refund in Hamburg?
