I was in both the AA and BA PHL longes at various times last week. The BA lounge (now combined F and club) was fine. Plenty of food and snacks (very nice curry), pretty good wine. And it's a 1 min walk to the gate. The AA business lounge is very large and ok (was there in the morning and it had range of breakfast options). Also tried the Amex lounge... frankly disappointing. Crowded, poor choice of food, and my mood not helped by being told to move off a table as they were keeping it clear in case a Centurion card holder needed it
