I'd probably throw a vote for Narita Express and Shinkansen.

The connection time for the NH and JAL flights is too short. Peach is probably OK, but by the time you throw in the travel time from Kansai International, the Shinkansen looks mightily appealing. You loose protection on a separate ticket if one of tee inbound are late.
