Hi All,

I have booked a revenue business class ticket on LH ticket Stock (220) with AMS(LH)-FRA(LH)-BOG(AV)-MDE and return MDE(AV)-BOG(LH)-FRA(LH)-AMS.
The BOG-MDE on Avianca is a true AV flight # on their metal and the MDE-BOG is a LH Codeshare flight on AV metal.
Fare basis on LH shows: Z/Z/H/D/D/D
When I go to Avianca website and try to select seats on the AV flights, it says "In addition you have purchased the following services: Seat Selection", but no where can I find a link or a place in "Manage my Reservations" to actually select seats. Is there a place that I am missing, or if I call into Reservations will they do it?

I realize that there is no Business Class on AV for S. America Shorthall, but if we have the option to at least select seats in advance and also select the first 3 rows (due to the Business Class ticket on LH), then that would be ideal (even if I have to pay extra, which I am fine with).

Does anyone have any advice on the next steps to get seats? Or am I SOL until check in?
