At least you guys got some choice, I've had the experience on NWA many times where I order a vegan meal( no dairy), and something always on my plate contains some form of dairy, so sometimes I can barely eat anything at all! I've complained to NW twice, but all i get is an apolgy email , and nothing else like 'we will take of matters and make sure if you order a vegan meal, you get a vegan meal!"
