I do recall when flying into NRT on F (over 3 years ago though) there was the special immigration line at the far left that F passengers were given a special card which granted access. But in the past 5 years I have only flown business into HND so hadn't run into this.

FYI, also departing both NRT and HND international there is currently no priority security lane for Business or First passengers. Departed NRT this past Wednesday and departed HND about three weeks ago. Fortunately the lines were not long at all (minutes) so it did not matter. Assume that in the future they'll bring this back as passenger numbers increase but who knows.

Total time for my last two trips since mid October was about 30 to 45 minutes from deplaning to walking out of customs. Did have trouble with the new QR based customs process--wouldn't read my passport. A Japanese friend had similar issues and was fussing that the process wasn't much faster and buggy.
