Stonestown is pretty much in the opposite corner (the SW corner) of SF from the Hyatt Embarcadero. It would be close to 10 miles as the crow flies (the diagonal of a 7 x 7 square would be ~10, according to Pythagoras).

The WF in Stonestown is indeed very nice -- and I'm not even particularly a WF fan.

Also, Stonestown (or more properly, Stonestown Galleria) is an enclosed mall, and has been for quite a number of years. It was built originally in the early 1950s as an open-air shopping center, but was completely reconstructed in the late 1980s as a two-story enclosed mall. It has both an underground parking area and many acres of ground-level parking. It's been remodeled further as the mix of shopping has changed. I.e., the former anchor stores -- Nordstrom and Macy's -- have shut down and been replaced with other stores. WF occupies part of the now-remodeled Macy's space.
