I was booked in PE on an award ticket in february on AMS-MEX on a 787-9. Just logged in to my booking to see I have been downgraded to economy since there's no more PE offered on the flight I am on, guess the retrofit of 787-9 takes longer than expected.

I don't think it makes sense to add a stop in Paris just for the PE experience, so would rather stay on the direct flight in economy. What type of compensation do they normally offer for award downgrades ?
