Does it look like NU is trying to trace how many policies people took and why we cancel them and apply for new one?

Has anyone else received such letters and what you did?
I have not received such a letter but it does not surprise me. I have recently come across posts on a 'money saving' wesite telling people how they can get £45 Clubcard vouchers for £10 using this promo. I suspect the abuse is much more widespread than we imagine as that website is certainly followed by many thousands of people. This is not just an FT issue, but a much broader one for NU.
