- BA ask for transaction reference
- Barclays have a meltdown and start talking about my recently opened Barclaycard
- Then they start quoting terms and conditions that aren’t changing until next month
If they just said they needed to look into it first off I wouldn’t have been too concerned, but the headless chicken routine is a pain. Might explain why they changed the terms and conditions, if they were trying to catch up with their systems / approach…
