There is Positive Boarding at the other LHR terminals but it's not in place at Flight Connections. However in a way the OP is correct, in that it would be difficult to make the flight unless at Security with at least 30 minutes to go. The boarding pass may well say 35 minutes, just to confuse matters slightly.
