It is Lyft that has removed the benefit.

I got an email (from Lyft) that says that membership is "changing" not "ending", but losing the 15% off really sucks. If I had paid the annual membership out of pocket, I'd be asking Lyft for a prorated refund since they removed a key benefit during the membership term, although not sure if it would do any good or not.
