It's ok. You won't get to fully extend your legs but you can at least have a fair amount of seat recline and the foot rest works fairly well as a taller person since there's no seat in front of you.

If you want lots of leg room, go for an exit row seat in 40 such as 40C or 40J. However, you'll be shoulder to shoulder with the middle as well as dealing with the foot traffic of the mid lavs.
