Does this offer apply to Delta issued 006- stock tickets?

I have checked my upcoming AF booking, which has flights under the AF marketed code but was issued under 006- stock since I used a Delta voucher for the payment, but when I look at "options" on the app, the only add-on that I could see is the "Seat" add-on which directs to the seat-map. When I click on "Environment" on the AF app, the result is the same where it takes me to a menu where I could change my seats.
