NWA's staff in Bangkok is superb. They are patient, friendly and very professional. Thai citizens as a whole treat others this way, and the NWA ticket office at the Peninsula is no exception. Perhaps all of us who have been privaleged to be served by them owe them a kudos letter to hq in MSP?
