Does TAP have economy plus or similar? How know whether have or not on a plane?

I'm having a difficult time getting a good multi-city airline reservation for late April. I need to fly IAD Washington Dulles) to BCN and back from Bilbao (through Lisbon, where we'll stay a few days before flying home). I can't swing paying for business but would greatly prefer getting more legroom but will the long-haul flights have economy seating? TAP website says all the flights are (planned anyway) on A321Neo's. I checked Aerolopo/SeatGuru and apparently there are 4 different configurations for neo, and I think another A321 designated LR, with an indication that the 321neo LR has some seats with longer legroom. But how can I tell if I'll be on a plane with that configuration? I see with TAP that I need to choose a particular type of economy fair (Classic?) to get a seat assignment. Do I have to actually start a booking, with Classic, to see if I can choose those seats? And is there a way to find out what planes are currently being flown on the routes I want? I know that can change from season to season, but I'm trying to at least get an idea of what to book and what to expect. Other airlines are definitely higher-priced, but if it looks unlikely one of the two of us can get a seat with better legroom, I may ditch TAP and use another carrier.
